In DAMFI we advise and counsel on the personnel selection process and the ideal profile of the employees who would be looking after the center, with special attention given to preparing and training of the technical team. We endeavor to give direct experience to those technicians chosen, training them during a set time so that they can confidently face the responsibility of servicing and maintaining the machines. Additionally during the installation period they participate actively so as to know in detail any hidden difficulties in the make up of the machine's system. Once the installation has been set up, one of our expert technicians stays in the center during the first day of operation, with the goal of even more thoroughly preparing the technical personnel on the correct operation performance on the installation.
